Before joining Theory SF, Nancy served as VP of Brand at Avast, where she led global marketing for an $800M cybersecurity brand with over 400 million users. She’s launched category-defining campaigns, led successful rebrands, and built high-performing global teams that consistently delivered ROI-positive results.
Her career spans roles at Neato Robotics, Logitech, Dolby, Cisco, and a host of other iconic companies, where she’s shaped everything from brand architecture and demand gen to product launches and retail storytelling. Whether working with startups or global powerhouses, Nancy thrives on turning complex business needs into powerful, emotionally resonant campaigns that move markets—and move people.
